Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

1. 25% if cancelled four days in advance.
2. 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
3. One night room charge and taxes applicable will be charged as Cancellation or No-show charges, unless the reservation is not cancelled 48 hrs prior to arrival date.
4. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
5. No, refunds will be eligible in case of early check out.
6. No, refunds will be eligible in case of no show where the customer arrives late or does not turn up for the events.

Note:

1. Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
2. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 10-15 working days.
3. Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 20 working days.
4. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
5. Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
6. If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 10 to 15 working days
